When the idea for this site hit me, everyone I told about it thought it was a weird combination.  And it is!  But why is that a problem? Let's face it; everyone is a little weird.  We've all got our quirks and interests.  Mine have been, for many years now, motorcycles and politics.  I am incredibly passionate about both.  I write a lot, too.  That's what this is for.  For so long, patriotism has been misunderstood.  It's meant good things, but here lately it seems the word "patriot" has become synonymous with bad things that have nothing to do with what patriotism actually is.

The whole point of this site, besides a place for me to share my thoughts with you, is about getting the conversation heading in the right direction.  Putting the focus back where it matters; reclaiming the word "patriot" from the fear-mongers and would-be narrative shapers that have tried to pervert the meaning of the stuff most important to what America is.  This country was founded upon certain principles, what we can call our founding principles, and we've almost completely forgotten them.  I never understood why the two topics couldn't live side-by-side.  So I decided they should.

This site is about freedom.  These articles and podcast are about what's right, and wrong, with the world.  Its about using our brains to solve problems, and maybe start heading in a new direction. Oh, yeah.  It's also about motorcycles.  Loud, noisy, badass motorcycles.
